They breed a range of specialist grain including spelt wheat.

In the UK we work with Elsoms Seeds to market Zollernspeltz.

Zollernspelz Spelt wheat is the most popular species of the “ancient cereals” in Germany. It is cultivated in all regions, with a focus on Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria. The spelt wheat spikelets are harvested and then dehulled before grinding. New varieties convince with their leaf-health and straw stability. Baked goods are enhanced by the nutty flavour of the spelt wheat flour.
